1. Who we are

This service ("the Service") is operated by Veljaca AI Studio, based in Horgen, Switzerland. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@subscriptionkeeper.io.

2. What data do we collect

• Account data: your email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Subscription data: the information you enter about your subscriptions, names, amounts, billing cycles, dates, and categories.
• Payment data: when you pay, our payment provider Stripe handles your card details. We do not see or store your card number; we only receive payment confirmation.
• Technical data: basic information needed to run the Service, such as log data.

3. Why do we use it

We use your data to:

• create and secure your account,
• provide the Service (store and display your subscriptions and totals),
• process your payment,
• contact you about your account or important changes.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers we need to run the Service:

• Supabase hosts our database and handles authentication. Your account and subscription data are stored here.
• Stripe processes your payment.

Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland/the EU. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses). We don't share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

5. How long do we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data, except where we must keep some records (for example, payment records for accounting/tax purposes).

6. Your rights

You can:

• access the data we hold about you,
• correct it if it's wrong,
• delete your account and data,
• object to or restrict certain processing,
• request a copy of your data.

We use only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in and run the Service. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

The Service isn't intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
