By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
The Service lets you manually record and view your subscriptions, and see their monthly and annual costs. It is an informational tool only. It does not connect to your bank, make payments, or cancel subscriptions for you, nor does it provide financial advice. You're responsible for your own financial decisions.
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
Access to the Service requires a one-time payment of 30.00 (CHF), processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We don't store your card details. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
If you're not happy, contact us within [14] days of purchase for a full refund. After that, the payment is non-refundable.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal right for digital purchases, that right still applies. By starting to use the Service immediately after purchase, you acknowledge you may lose that withdrawal right once access has begun.
Don't misuse the Service: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, and no illegal activity. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
You own the data you enter. We process it to provide the Service. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your data by deleting your account.
We aim to keep the Service running, but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We may change or discontinue the Service. If we permanently shut it down, we'll give you reasonable advance notice and a way to export your data. If the Service is discontinued within [12] months of your purchase, we'll offer a pro-rated refund.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any losses arising from your reliance on the information in the Service (for example, a missed cancellation). Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zürich have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country says otherwise.
